Grounded Innovations was founded in 2021 by Matt and Emily Hamilton with a clear vision and mission: To deliver the best possible service and customer experience in our industry, and we believe that happens when you put people first and value relationships.

We provide comprehensive electrical services for new builds, remodels, and everything in between. From changing a lightbulb to wiring an entire home with custom AV, automated shades, and smart home capabilities, we bring the same level of precision, care, and commitment to every project, no matter the size. Backed by decades of experience and a relentless commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and service, our mission remains the same: to lead with integrity, put people first, and deliver excellence in everything we do.

About Our Leadership:

Matt began his electrical career in 1994, gaining hands-on experience across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Over the years, he built deep expertise not only in electrical systems, but also in leadership, project management, and team development. His reputation for quality, precision, and integrity laid the groundwork for what Grounded Innovations would become.

Emily brings a strategic, behind-the-scenes approach to the business operations, focusing on systems, structure, and long-term growth. Her leadership ensures the company runs smoothly, supports its team effectively, and stays aligned with its values. Together, she and Matt have built a skilled, mission-driven team committed to delivering exceptional work. 

What started as a small operation in Truckee, California, quickly grew through trusted relationships, consistent execution, and a people-first approach. Together, Matt and Emily combined technical expertise with a long-term vision: to build a company that delivers exceptional results while fostering a supportive, growth-minded team environment.
