RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide compassionate personal care, companionship, and emotional support.
· Assist with daily living activities: meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, errands, and mobility support.
· Build strong relationships with clients and their families.
· Communicate effectively with care coordinators to ensure the highest level of service.
· Maintain professionalism, reliability, and empathy in all client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Prior caregiving experience 1 year (preferred), but not required - heart and dedication matter most!
· Ability to pass LIVE SCAN finger printing and HCA registration and meet CA state hiring requirements.
· Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
· Passion for helping seniors and making a difference.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
